Mi portátil se ha quedado atascado en la pantalla «por favor, espere». Uso Windows 8 en un portátil HP Pavilion g6, 4GB RAM, 1Tb HD. No puedo reiniciarlo con Alt+Ctrl+Del, e incluso F8 no funciona. ¿Qué hago?

Esto siempre pasa con los discos duros lentos o HDD es como se les llama

Como el arranque es una tarea muy exigente en lectura y escritura pasa mucho tiempo en los HDD's y los usuarios de SSD puede que no hayan visto esto en su vida.

Para solucionarlo haz esto :

  1. Mantén el botón de encendido durante 8-10 seg, ahora debería ver la pantalla en negro y debería apagarse
  2. Encienda de nuevo pulsando el botón de encendido
  3. cuando vea que la pantalla está encendida pulse la tecla F8 o F2 o F4 y ahora debería estar en la BIOS
  4. Restablezca la BIOS en el menú de opciones de salida
  5. Haga clic en guardar y exit
  6. now laptop will continue booting process
  7. again when you see windows logo press F4 and now you should see a blue menu with continue with windows 10 and advance recovery
  8. click advanced recovery and click startup settings

  1. Press the respective key for booting in safe mode with networking
  2. now laptop should boot without loading any external softwares
  3. after it boots log in to your account remove some unwanted apps
  4. run disk cleanup
  5. open run by pressing windows key + R
  6. type cmd press ctrl+shift+enter
  7. now you should see the terminal
  8. type sfc /scannow
  9. wait for 5mins-1hr
  10. after its done
  11. type chkdsk C:

  1. wait
  2. after its done
  3. click restart
  4. wait for chksdk to complete on boot screen

  1. Then laptop should boot normally

  1. and you should see the regular lock screen

If not change your HDD to SSD and clone your drive
