1) Reinicie su dispositivo y compruebe si no, puede solucionar el problema con los pasos mencionados a continuación.
2)Elimine todas las conexiones Bluetooth
- Vaya al menú de Ajustes de su dispositivo
- Toque en Bluetooth
- Encontrará las conexiones anteriores listadas bajo esta sección
- Toque y mantenga pulsado el nombre de cada dispositivo hasta que vea un menú que le dará la opción de eliminar el nombre del dispositivo
- Toque en Eliminar y confirme su selección
- Haga esto para todos los dispositivos listados aquí.
- Una vez que su lista esté vacía, switch off the Bluetooth connection from the top right button on the same screen
- Wait for 5 seconds and switch on the Bluetooth and wait till your phone finds the device you want to connect with
3)Delete Bluetooth cache
- Switch off your Bluetooth by accessing it from the notifications shade of your device
- Head into the Settings menu of your device
- Tap on Apps
- From the top tabs, swipe right or left to reach the tab that shows All Apps
- Look for Bluetooth under the apps and tap on it
- Tap on the option that says Empty Cache
- Wait for the device to delete the cache files for Bluetooth and switch on your Bluetooth connection
4) Use safe mode to identify misbehaving apps
- Press and keep holding the Power button on your device that will bring power menu
- Once the Power menu comes up, toque y mantenga pulsada la opción Reiniciar hasta que vea una nueva ventana que le preguntará si desea reiniciar su dispositivo en modo seguro
- Toque OK para confirmarlo y su dispositivo comenzará a reiniciarse
